- Please note - your card will be charged at the time of using the online booking system.
- You may reschedule or cancel your appointment, using the link in the Confirmation email, up to 24 hours prior, at no charge. After this, the full fee will apply.
- If you have any recent symptoms, such as persistent cough, fever, loss of taste or smell, feeling unwell or been in contact with anyone with these symptoms you should not attend - cancellation charges will be waived.
- By booking and attending your appointment, you are confirming that you have need of care and understand the risks of face-to-face consultation.
- C4PH uses Stripe as our primary EPOS (electronic point of sale) payment provider (https://stripe.com/gb). Stripe are a large international payment provider and are used by a number of household names whilst being fully SCA compliant. Your payment card details are securely encrypted and stored by Stripe. These are not stored and are only accessible by C4PH in connection with your account.
